The GBA1 Canada (G-Can) Initiative invites applications for funding to support innovative and collaborative research into GBA1-related neurodegenerative disorders, including Parkinson’s disease and Gaucher disease. This call emphasizes translational and clinical projects that advance mechanistic understanding, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic development. For year 2025-2026, a total of $300,000 CAD is available, with up to $100,000 awarded per project for the year.
